About

Enrico "riko" Widodo is an Indonesian game developer, composer and sound designer dedicated to crafting unique and impactful gameplay experiences through emotional music and cohesive soundscapes. They have collaborated multiple times with other game developers, both for class projects and for various game projects. Their submission to the Brackeys Jam 2020.2, "Rhythm Rewind", was ranked #1 in the Audio category out of over 1700 other submissions.

riko has earned a B.S in Computer Science: Game Design from University of California: Santa Cruz (2021), and is currently finishing their studies at Berklee College of Music with a degree in Games and Interactive Media Scoring, and Composition (with a Minor in Conducting). They have plenty of experience in each facet of the audio production pipeline in video games, from writing and recording to technical implementation both in engine and in audio middlewares.

Beyond video game audio, riko also enjoys composing contemporary concert music, and creating transcriptions and arrangements of songs. In their time at Berklee, they have worked closely with the Berklee Indonesian Community to showcase arrangements of popular Indonesian songs to the Boston public. They were also heavily involved with the Audire Soundtrack Collective, where they served as Head Librarian (2025-2026) and created orchestral arrangements of music from Ori and the Will of the Wisps, Spiritfarer, and Destiny 2.

riko is also a big fan of sharks, moths, and cats, and kindly requests nice pictures of such creatures be sent their way.
